Payments can be made securely through the payment gateways listed on our website.
Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a ₹50 handling fee applies, which is non-refundable.
Shipping
Label Aeris currently ships within India only.

- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
Exchanges and Returns
We offer one time size exchanges only, and requests must be made within 72 hours of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and quality checks.
We do not accept returns, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
A mandatory unboxing video must be provided for any damage-related claims, shared within 48 hours of delivery.
