While building Label Aeris, Ridhima realised a truth many women quietly relate to. We were never taught how to dress for work or how fit, fabric and silhouette can shape confidence.
Her curiosity led her to study image consulting, where she saw how powerful the right wardrobe can be. It reduces decision fatigue, sharpens presence and supports women in the rooms that matter.
