Refund policy
Exchanges
We completely understand that sometimes a size may not feel right.
To make things easier for you, we offer one-time size exchanges, and requests can be placed within 72 hours of delivery.
Exchange requests raised after 72 hours cannot be accepted, and we’re grateful for your understanding.
Please note that we can help you with only a size exchange of the same product.
Exchanges for different products, colors, or styles aren’t available at the moment.
Before sending your piece back for exchange, please keep the following in mind:
- The product must be in its original condition, with tags attached and no signs of wear, wash, or damage.
- Please use the original packaging so the garment stays protected during transit.
- Once we receive the product, the exchange process takes about 5–6 working days.
Returns
If the product you received is defective or incorrect, we’re here to help and will resolve it for you as smoothly as possible.
Please reach out to us at support@labelaeris.com within 48 hours of delivery, using the subject line RETURN REQUEST.
To assist you quickly, we request a mandatory unboxing video recorded while opening the package so the issue can be clearly seen.
Kindly note:
- Claims without an unboxing video or raised after 48 hours cannot be accepted.
- Once your return request is approved, our team will schedule a reverse pickup for you.
Refunds
We do not offer cash or bank refunds.
For approved return cases, we issue store credit once the product has been received and verified at our warehouse.
Store Credit:
You’ll receive store credit equal to the product value, which can be used on future purchases on our website.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
We encourage you to double-check your details before completing your purchase.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
All COD orders include a ₹50 handling fee, which is non-refundable.
In the case of an approved return or exchange, the COD fee is not included in the store credit amount.
International Orders
We currently do not ship internationally.
All orders must have a delivery address within India.
